How many homes will we see?

• Typically, we will see 8-12 “Hand-Picked” homes that appear to have the potential to be great deals. 

How long is the tour?

• Approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours, depending on how close the houses are to each other.

Where are the homes located?

• We will have 2 tours, the first will all be on the north/northeast side of Indy and the second will be in the south/greenwood area.

What happens if we can not gain mortgage approval?

• We have options!  We work with several credit restorations companies and will work with you to get credit worthy.  We also have a partner with an inventory of rentals and lease to own.

 Are the homes available for purchase?

• Most are available for sale immediately or you can make an offer. 

Are they all bank owned?

• Yes, all the homes are 

How much does the tour cost?

• Free for pre-qualified/registered buyers.

How many people can I bring with 1 ticket?

• Only 2 please due to limited space.

What is the asking price of all the homes?

• We will be seeing homes ranging from $75,000 to $200,000.

Are kids allowed on the tour?

• Sorry, but not at this time. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring children on the tour. If you find a home that you like, we will be happy to set up an individual appointment for your family to view the home.

How much work is needed to fix up foreclosure?

• This varies. Many of the homes that we tour are in move-in condition. Some of the homes will need some rehab work. We typically have a contractor on the tour to assist with rehab costs.
